				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the Bible that my great-grandmother, Patricia Matilda Melhus Sanchez brought with her when she immigrated to the U.S. from Norway in the 1880&#8242;s.   It has her name and &#8220;Franklin, Minnesota&#8221; written on the first page.  It also has her brother Palmer&#8217;s name written in the back (looks like it was written by a child in cursive).</p>
<p>It is now in the possession of my mother and I took some pictures of it while visiting this August.</p>
<p>As you can see, it is starting to come apart in a few places, but for being over 100 years old, it&#8217;s in pretty good shape.</p>
