John Stanley Baker was a half-brother {or brother of the half-blood as he worded it in his affadavit for James’ Civil War pension}. They had the same fathers, but different mothers.
John lived in the Kansas City, Missouri area and was buried in Mount Washington Cemetery. {9 Sept 1832- 3 Dec 1905}
