My initial guess is that Sally Hanson is their mother and George their step-father.

Found George and Sarah Hanscomb in Dist 198, page 35 but no Woods children with them

Oh my gosh!! I’m from Lockport NY! Or actually Wheatfield, I went to Starpoint!! Small world. I need to start a genealogy blog too. Perhaps I should check out wordpress and combine them together!
